    I pride myself on my communication and listening skills. (Family members dispute both skills .) I designed and finished our home. This experience provides an additional benefit to clients who are considering building. In 1973 I earned my Masters Degree from USC. Obtained Real Estate License in 1975 and Broker's License in 1979. Sometime before I met a wonderful woman and sold her on the idea of marriage. We have 3 adult children and happy to report 4 grandchildren. In 1966 I arrived in this valley from UCLA but with plans only to spend a few years. The abundant sunshine kept me here.
