About Shelby

Shelby is a dedicated real estate agent based in Round Mountain, Shasta County specializing in rural properties, including land and unique mountain homes on acreage. Originally from Gilbert, Arizona, she studied Travel Industry Management at the University of Hawaii Manoa before starting her career in San Diego as a corporate travel agent. In 2019, Shelby and her husband Luke moved to Round Mountain inspired by the area's natural beauty and community spirit. They are currently building a home on family property and working toward their dream of starting a boutique winery. With a focus on transparency, honesty and a strong work ethic, Shelby excels at connecting clients with properties that match their needs. She's an active Mountain Community Center board member passionate about giving back through community events and fundraisers. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cooking, reading and traveling, with Japan, South Africa and Alaska on her bucket list. Shelby is committed to making her clients feel informed and supported throughout their buying or selling journey.
