Meredith Swedo is a long time resident of North County San Diego with deep roots in the community. Meredith has a background as a large scale event producer and has brought her relentless drive and negotiation skills to her Real Estate career. With a passion for service in the North San Diego Coastal area, Meredith is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. When Meredith isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she serves on the board of directors for the First Step House North County, produces the annual Sand Dollar Gala to raise funds for local kids in need and heads many other community events. Meredith and her husband Don live in Encinitas and have raised their son Charles in this wonderful place to call home.
