I'm a proud Bay Area native who's been in the customer service industry my entire working career. From working in the highline, automotive world as a consultant and in management for many of those years, I've had the pleasure of meeting people from everywhere around the world. Throughout this time, I've learned that everyone is different, but we all have a few things in common. Everyone wants to be respected, treated fairly and build a long-term, professional and even, personal relationship with the person they're working with. I believe there is nothing better than achieving the highest level of rapport with a client. Being comfortable during what can be an intimidating experience is something you can't put a price on. While my extensive knowledge of the market, a keen eye for proper documentation, etc., is all well and good, I truly believe guiding someone to happiness, being there for them promptly and honestly, is the biggest service I can provide them.
