Paragliding, Para Motoring, Ultralights, travel, investments, and negotiating deals-- I love the look on my clients face when they know I have gotten them the best deal and they got it becasue of my efforts. I have been working for Coldwell Banker Bartels since 2004 and been in the multi-million dollar club the last couple of years. I strive to make each client realize that they have made the right choice in choosing me as their Realtor. I have 27 years dealing with Real Estate as a General Contrctor/Developer building spec homes, condominiums, commercial property, doing additions and remodels, buying and selling fixers and various investment property. My expertise as a General Contractor has helped many of my clients avoid problems and save money in ways that most agents would not have the experience to handle. I have lived and worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for most of my life and know the area well.
