I am Realtor at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage with 13 years of real estate sales experience. I consider myself a true multi-practice Realtor as I sell residences and income and ranch properties. The primary focus of my real estate practice is ranches and commercial real estate buildings. I have lived in Petaluma for 47 years. I was raised on an internationally recognized dairy farm on the outskirts of Petaluma. I was the fourth generation to own and operate Loma Alta Holsteins located in West Petaluma until 1999. My career as a dairyman has provided me with extensive knowledge of ranch management including financial, land stewardship and animal husbandry practices. I was a commercial mortgage lender in Santa Rosa, from 1999 to 2004. My responsibilities included underwriting, loan documentation, loan funding as well as loan servicing. The Lender’s loan portfolio included office, commercial, industrial and agricultural properties. My time spent as a commercial lender was invaluable as I am very comfortable assisting with marketing and purchasing of income properties. My careers as a dairyman and commercial lender have afforded me extensive knowledge of agricultural land and the issues that affect it in Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties. These issues include conservation easements, water availability, zoning, best farming practices and land use. In my spare time I enjoy horseback riding, spending time with my family, fishing, tending cattle and restaurants. I have served as the president of the Board of Directors of San Antonio Volunteer Fire Department for the past four years.
