About Anne

Northern California has always been home for me but my adult life was spent in Charleston, SC. At age 11, I left Petaluma and headed to the east coast, courtesy of my military Dad. I graduated from the College of Charleston with BS in Sociology, got married and had two fabulous kids. My primary focus was in the legal field but soon realized my real love was real estate. I returned to the North Bay area in 2002, worked for a real estate developer and ultimately found my niche! I received my Real Estate Sales License in 2004 and began working for Frank Howard Allen, a longtime, local real estate company that resonated the values I was looking to be apart of! I earned my Real Estate Broker’s license in 2006. I have been able to marry my two favorites things …. the law and real estate! Having spent 15 plus years working as a paralegal in real property and litigation, I was very knowledgeable in areas of construction and contracts. This has enabled me to understand the ins and outs of home building but even more importantly, how to negotiate a contract and get what my clients want! Ultimately, real estate is my passion and I pass that passion on to my clients. My clients are my first priority and I let them know exactly what they need to know and understand in order to sell their long time family home or buy their very first home. It’s about communication, trust and honesty, and loyalty! I love the North Bay area and what it has to offer to folks who want to live in this great area and raise a family! But as a Realtor, my mission is to educate buyers and sellers in this ever changing market, help them achieve their goals, whether that be buy or sell a home, and assure them that they are getting the ultimate experience of professionalism, top of the line marketing, honesty and trust!
