EXPERIENCE Local resident since 1974 and property owner since 1976, living in the communities of Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Atherton. Nancy worked for 8 years prior to earning a BS in Business with Advertising minor at San Jose State University and graduating in top 5% of the class. Prior to entering the Real Estate profession, Nancy enjoyed a fast-paced career in Marketing, Advertising, and Strategic Planning and held the position of VP - Client Services at a major San Francisco Advertising Agency. Nancy began her real estate career as a full time agent with Coldwell Banker in 1985 and was named "Rookie of the Year" that first year. Nancy began home "staging" in 1986 to achieve greater results for sellers. CREDENTIALS Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) earned by the Top 4% of Realtors nationally recognizing professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES - National Association of Realtors designation) for training related to helping seniors make wise decisions about selling the family home and related issues. Relocation Specialist coursework related to the needs of incoming buyers. Certified Negotiation Specialist skilled at obtaining the best results for both buyers and sellers. Nancy has been a member of the Coldwell Banker "Northern California Connection" Marketing group since 1991 RESULTS Nancy has been a consistent "Top Producer", is ranked in the top 1% of Sales Executives of Coldwell Banker Northern California, and holds the Coldwell Banker designation of "International President's Premier" Nancy enjoys both the Buying and the Selling process.
