I received my first real estate license over 25 years ago and have listed, sold, and closed properties throughout the United States before settling in California. As a broker (licensed in California, Texas, and Virginia) and as an attorney (licensed in Texas, Arizona, and Georgia), my life has been spent representing purchasers, sellers, or closing thousands of real estate transactions over the years. My experience provides a full circle of abilities that can best serve your real estate needs in an efficient, productive, and dependable manner. I now focus solely representing buyers and sellers in the Palo Alto and surrounding areas. PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY Service is my FIRST priority. EDUCATION Having been a certified Mandatory Continuing Education instructor for the Texas Real Estate Commission, I have either taken or been an instructor for a multitude of real estate subjects including ethics and real estate law. I served as an expert witness in real estate disputes and either litigated or settled hundreds of title claims. My formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Texas at Dallas, and a Juris Doctor degree ( cum laude ) from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. I continue to learn each and every day and strive to develop my highest and best practices as markets change or new laws and regulations are enacted.
