About Carter

Business Philosophy A Saratoga native, Carter represents his clients with energy and passion as a Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker. Hand-picked to join the Los Altos team, he imparts his real estate knowledge to valued buyers and sellers in Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, and San Francisco counties. Carter is a third generation real estate professional lending his local knowledge to clients, from first time home buyers to experienced real estate investors. He earned his bachelors of science in finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He is currently working on a Masters in Business Administration at St. Mary’s College. He pairs his finance skills with a hands-on understanding of negotiation that comes from a 14 year sales career. As a lifelong volunteer, Carter joins his colleagues in Los Altos to distribute food to those in need with the Community Services Agency.
