Mario has been an area top sales agent in the Butte County & Lake Oroville Area for a good deal of the 20 years in the real estate industry. Mario believes in providing the client a genuine service. Whether it be representing a buyer in tracking down unique properties not on the market, or representing a seller with true genuine marketing services. Mario has been well known in the area for IMPACT marketing, a trend setter for many. Investing a great deal of his income back into the marketing & sale of client properties. Mario enjoys working Country Properties, Land Sales, Ag Related Properties, Ranch, Farm, Recreational, Estate, Income, Residential & Unique Property Offerings. No stranger to hard work, Mario grew up as a child on a 1,000 acre cattle ranch on the banks of the Napa River. Assisting his father on winery & custom high end construction sites as a teen. Eventually working alongside one of Napa Valley's continuous top sales agents. Following the Navy, Mario followed family to the area where he started his career in the real estate business with Coldwell Banker's prior Owner/Broker Thurman Clark. He now runs Coldwell Banker Lifestyle Properties. Mario is married to Kimberly Gattavara, a Realtor as well. Kimberly assists in the marketing coordination, as well as keeping Mario organized & in line. They have 3 children & enjoy spending as much time as possible together. Exploring new places, traveling, lake activities, fishing & quality time.
