About Susan

Susan's Real Estate Philosophy I am very enthusiastic about all our wonderful community has to offer. Therefore I count it a privilege to market properties in this area and to educate buyers about the many advantages of living here. I respect that there is no more important purchase both emotionally and financially than buying a home. I work very hard to make my clients real estate experience as smooth and pleasant as possible. I manage the real estate transaction from start to finish organizing any staging, contractors etc. in the process. Also I deal with all the contract, disclosures, inspections and negotiations so my clients can rest assured that everything possible is being done to ensure a smooth, profitable transaction. Educational Background and Credentials Susan is a graduate of Northwestern University with a BS in Speech Pathology. She completed her MA at San Jose State University. Susan is a Realtor, a memeber of the National Association of Realtors. which has stringent requirements for ethics and professionalism. She has taken many Real Estate Courses and continues to update her knowlege with seminars and courses. Susan is also a memeber of the California Board of Realtors and Contra Costa Board of Realtors. Community Involvement Susan has lived in Lamorinda for 32 years and is committed to her community. She has participated in many organizations. Susan held many board positions including President of the High School Parents' Club and President of National Charity League, Lamorinda. She has extensive experience in negotioating and conflict resolution. She has also volunteered and taught in the schools her three children attended. Susan taught many years of Sunday School and delivers meals to elderly and disabled for Meals on Wheels.
