About Greg

Greg has been in the real estate brokerage industry for more than 30 years. He applies his career-long experience in the industry to every transaction he becomes involved with. Greg is a graduate of UCLA and earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics with an emphasis in Finance. Greg has been a licensed Real Estate Broker since 1991 and was first licensed in 1987. Greg’s career spans commercial, residential and income property spheres. He applies his knowledge and expertise from the various spheres to every transaction. He aggressively protects the interests of his clients and creates value for his clients during the transaction whenever possible. Greg’s clients will tell you his knowledge and experience were the difference between a good transaction and a great one at its conclusion. Greg takes much pride in representing his clients for many years over many transactions. Greg recognizes that both technology and the consumers who use technology has forever changed his industry. Customer demands have changed; customers are more educated about the markets; more educated about real estate transactions; about data and the availability of data. In many ways technology has improved the real estate transaction by empowering consumers to take more control over their own decision making when buying or selling. Greg has modernized his approach to real estate brokerage by incorporating the best that technology has to offer and applying it to every transaction. Greg also believes that trust is earned and not granted. His primary objective during a transaction is to earn the trust of a client. He does so by being completely transparent and open throughout the purchase or sale. Should a client have a different opinion about an issue, Greg listens and gathers whatever information he needs to either support the client’s position or demonstrate why it’s important to consider other alternatives.
