About Jack

Jack Chu is a Bay Area native and has owned his home in the Montclair district of Oakland for more than 30 years. His daughters attended Montclair schools. Jack knows the Bay Area very well, is an experienced project manager, is customer focused, and looks forward to serving you. Jack first held a California Real Estate Salesperson license in the 1990s. Jack left real estate sales and became Manager of Compliance and Internal Controls for a multinational corporation, then returned to real estate sales. Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Accounting, and a master’s degree in Finance/Investments. On his free time, Jack runs (completed 10 marathons, including Boston, New York, Houston, and Honolulu), hikes, cycles, and enjoys traveling and ballroom dancing with his wife.
