About Nik

Hey! My name is Nik Kannan and I am a real estate agent in Northern California. I got my real estate license in September 2021, and it's one of the best things I've ever done. In fact, I was born and raised in California! I went to Bonita High School in La Verne, CA, & the University California Santa Barbara starting in 2002, where I obtained a B.S. Hydrology. My favorite places are the beach and the mountains. When I'm not working, you can find me doing anything outdoors, hiking, tennis, golf. I enjoy nature and sailing, and have a passion for traveling the world. I also am a specialist in wildfire and wildfire risk management, as I am Project Manager for Parsons augmented the utilities staffing to help support wild fire prevention initiatives.
