Marc Chappell has a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Business from the prestigious Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and University of Phoenix. He has an extensive business background including owning and operating multiple small businesses. Marc is passionate about Real Estate and recently attained his Broker’s License. He is also a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and has been serving the community for nearly 15 years. He has called Marin County home for nearly thirty years. Marc has an extensive range of experience from selling commercial properties, single family residential homes, and condominiums. He has also assisted home flipping companies and investors alike. Marc is known for his keen negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex issues. Most importantly, Marc cares for his clients, listens to their needs, and works to make their dreams a reality. He is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. Marc recognizes that the home buying and selling process is a major event in a person’s life. He strives to make it as stress free as possible for his clients. When not working, you can find Marc riding local trails on his ebike, sailing his boat in the bay, and practicing Tai Chi and meditation.
