About Bryan

Having been born and raised in the San Fernando Valley his whole life, Bryan Almeida, holds a vast amount of knowledge of not only the San Fernando Valley but also other areas such as the Antelope Valley and Santa Clarita Valley as well. Bryan started as an assistant to Mr. Jose Prado who has been a Realtor® in the San Fernando Valley for over 30 years. After years of hands-on training, workshops, seminars and college classes and becoming a Realtor® and now Broker himself, Bryan has joined forces with Jose Prado and they have now become The Prado- Almeida Real Estate Team. They specialize in helping families sell and purchase their homes. From first time home buyers who need down payment assistance to selling million-dollar luxury homes, Bryan and his team can definitely ensure getting the job done. Bryan is very passionate about everything he does and is very involved with organized Real Estate. He currently serves as the youngest Board of Director for the Southland Regional Association of Realtors as well as a Board of Director of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals - Santa Clarita Chapter (NAHREP-SCV). Giving back to the community is also very important for Bryan and as such The Prado-Almeida Real Estate Team put together several community projects that are implemented throughout the year such as food drives for local charities and hazardous waste collection events. The Prado Almeida team are also big supporters of MEND Meeting Every Need with Dignity in Pacoima and many of their community efforts are to help that organization give back. Another community project that The Prado-Almeida Team put together is a Christmas gift drive for the kids at Telfair Elementary in Pacoima. Here Bryan not only helps find sponsors for the gifts given to the children but helps sponsors the gifts himself. They also dress up, Jose as Santa Clause and Bryan as one of his elf helpers, and they sing and dance and put on a little show for the kids while handing out to them their much-awaited gifts from Santa. Apart from real estate Bryan is a family man. He is married to his high school sweet heart and now wife of 10 years Jessica and have a beautiful son named Nico who is 4 yrs old and a play pitbull named Zoey. Bryan is committed to serving his clientele by continuing to educate himself and by using his knowledge in order to provide the best service. He also is a strong believer in giving back to the community. As a result, he has the support and trust of the community he serves by going above and beyond the call of duty as a Realtor.
