Tucked away on 12.3 secluded acres of woods and meadows, this sweet home offers a true back-to-the-land retreat, surrounded by quiet, birdsong and the beauty of the natural world. A creek winds through the front of the property, while cedar, black oak and white oak forests mingle with open meadows, and an expansive garden area. Lovingly owner/builder constructed as a Title 25 home, the single-story house is petite, charming and rich with handcrafted character. Exposed wood beams include Douglas fir sourced from the land itself, paired with tongue-and-groove wood ceilings, glowing wood floors, a custom slate hearth and classic clawfoot tub. Cedar siding and a metal roof complement the woodland setting. Some interior details await your finishing touches, offering an opportunity to make this special little home your own. An excellent 11 GPM well, storage sheds and acres of peaceful land make this a wonderful place to garden, create, wander and simply live a little closer to nature.
