Jami Castro’s 20+ years as a senior executive with two of the valley’s premier luxury wineries has helped her to fine-tune her business acumen & strong relationship skills. Years of experience in hospitality management have allowed her to translate these skills into an exciting career in real estate. Relationships are at the heart of every step of the buying or selling process and Jami believes that honesty, integrity and commitment are the keys to the strength of all relationships. She focuses on the value of authentic interactions, the ability to adapt or adjust to unexpected situations, and a resilient desire to achieve the best possible results for her clients. Jami’s mom was a huge influence throughout her life and had a robust career in real estate. She always demonstrated the work ethic that was required of a top producing agent. With her mom as a mentor, Jami’s focus is simple “understanding my client’s needs is the first step and working tirelessly to achieve their goals is my ultimate priority”. Living and raising a family in Napa Valley Jami recognizes how amazing the valley is, and how lucky we are to live here. She has a deep attachment to the community, having served as PTA president, Boy & Girl scout leaders, and as an alumnus of Leadership Napa Valley.
