About Brooke

A resident of Central Coast since the 1970s, Brooke Townsend has been in real estate for over 30 years and involved in hundreds of transactions. She is the recipient of both the International Diamond Society and the Sterling Society Awards from Coldwell Banker for her top production. She is a graduate of Cal Poly with a degree in Agriculture and specializes in Equestrian properties, agricultural land, luxury homes, residential and investment properties throughout San Luis Obispo county. She is a Luxury Property Specialist, a Level One Cartus Network Certified Agent, Realogy Military Rewards designated agent and past 5 year Director on the Scenic Coast Board of Realtors with continued activity in the Professional Standards Committee. Women's council of realtors and have their PMN, (Performance Management Network) designation.
