Financing Experience: Real estate lending experience with a Fortune 500 company. Negotiating Skills: Successfully negotiated and closed numerous real estate transactions ranging in size from $75K to $15MM. Education: A degree in psychology (BA) and graduate work in business administration (MBA). Affiliations: Associated with Coldwell Banker, the largest real estate brokerage firm in the United States, California and in the Bay Area. Work History: Previously held the title of Vice President in the real estate departments of two major investment firms.
