Claudia is a dedicated Realtor with a unique blend of design expertise, business acumen, and teaching experience, offering a personalized and thoughtful approach to real estate. A Marin County native, Claudia has lived in various neighborhoods throughout Marin and San Francisco, giving her deep insight into the area's diverse microclimates and distinctive communities. She holds a BFA in Fashion Design and a Master's in Elementary Education. Her background in design, combined with hands-on experience in home renovation and landscaping, allows her to help clients envision a property's full potential. Claudia's strong negotiation skills and business sense ensure her clients achieve the best possible outcomes, whether buying or selling. Claudia's career in fashion design took her from San Francisco to London, Brazil, and Southern California. It was in Southern California that she discovered her passion for real estate-purchasing, renovating, and selling homes, as well as managing income properties zoned for both commercial and residential use. Her experience spans both booming and challenging markets, giving her a well-rounded perspective and historical insight. She also spent time living on Kauai, where she began teaching and painting, before returning to Marin to continue her work in education and real estate. When she's not working with clients, Claudia enjoys paddleboarding on the Bay, teaching SUPilates, hiking, and mountain biking through the Bay Area's stunning open spaces.
