About April

With a passion for service to Hemet, San Jacinto, and the surrounding cities of Southern California, April Beard is ready to help you with your home buying and selling needs. Southern California is an amazing place to live. Which is why April decided to call it home. With roots in Northwest Indiana, April and her husband moved to Hemet in 1998 to live and raise a family. April has experience in customer service, has been serving the community as a pastor’s wife for the last 25 years, and has retired as a teacher after 20 years in education. She has now turned her experience with customer service and is continuing her community service with a focus as a realtor. Her passion now is to assist her community, family, and friends with their homebuying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers Realty family, April carries the value of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client services to everything she does.
