Million-dollar views on 10.31 acres, just minutes from Historic Mariposa and the south entrance to Yosemite National Park! 5616 Gold Creek Ln offers stunning, sweeping views to the north and east toward Yosemite. The property features a 40' x 60' steel-beam shop, built with permits, with a large electric overhead door. Upstairs you’ll find a great room, one bedroom and a full bath. Downstairs has a studio, a kitchenette and a 3/4 bath. Buyer to verify permitted use of the living spaces. Water is supplied by a shared well and pump house located on the neighboring parcel at 5318 Whitlock Rd. We have envisioned this parcel with a tiny home and/or cabin as there are sites that could easily add income as short term rental. Bring your vision and enjoy views you have to see to believe! Also available separately: (MP26232503) 5318 Whitlock Rd, a 10.34-acre parcel with its own spectacular views toward Yosemite. It has the pump house and well that serve both properties, and power is accessible from Gold Creek Ln. It’s an ideal spot for a cabin or tiny home. Buy one or both. Call today to schedule a tour!
