The vineyard is home to a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2,900 sq.ft. main home built in 2004, and an older 2bedroom, 1 bath foreman's/caretaker's house. Additionally, the property features a 1,014 sq.ft. second-floor wine tasting room with panoramic views over the vineyard, above a climate-controlled wine storage space. The vineyard is approved for a winery of up to 25,000 cases of wine per year, and zoning allows for various agritourism options, food services, weddings, special events, and farm labor housing, among other potential uses.
