About Shannon

Shannon was awarded the International President's Circle award with Coldwell Banker in 2020 for over $32M in sales in only his third year in the industry and was also awarded the International Award for 2021. He brings over 25 years of sales and Real Estate investment experience to Coldwell Banker from technology companies like Hewlett Packard, Microsoft and LinkedIn. He brings his strong negotiations skills honed closing complex contracts with some of the largest tech companies on the West Coast. He has direct experience in first time home buying, expansion, downsizing for elderly parents, major life event changes, as well as investment properties. Shannon prides himself on his reputation in the community built on honesty and integrity and will bring those qualities to help his clients find the best investment and home for your family. He has lived in the area for most of his life in Monte Sereno/Los Gatos and the Cambrian area of San Jose. He attended Daves Avenue, Fisher Middle School and then Bellarmine College Prep. After attending college on the East Coast (College of the Holy Cross), Shannon came back to the area to raise his family. He has been an active member of the community coaching his kids Los Gatos NJB teams, Los Gatos United Soccer, Little League baseball teams as well as pop Warner football.
