About Nicole As a Bay Area native with a strong background in marketing, public relations, and real estate, Nicole prides herself in helping her clients reach their real estate goals. Whether searching for a dream home or looking to sell a home, Nicole’s experience, local market knowledge and strong negotiation skills help her clients achieve the best possible results in the shortest amount of time possible. Nicole’s professionalism and attention to detail also assures that her home buyers and sellers always receive the highest level of service. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Nicole headed up the investor relations efforts for Essex Property Trust, a large publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) and assisted local technology companies increase their brand awareness through her employment at several local public relations firms. Nicole received a B.S. in Public Relations and Communications from San Jose State University and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys running and volunteering and will be competing in the Nike Women's Marathon with Team in Training in October to raise money and awareness for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Nicole also enjoys traveling and spending time with her Maltese dog, Gizmo.
