Background Mischa Montagna has been a successful, full-time REALTOR® for over 19 years and is also a licensed Broker and Residential Property Manager. Mischa works with his father David Montagna, and by working together, Mischa & David are able to provide their clients with an unparalleled level of service and expertise. Mischa has lived in California his entire life, providing him with extensive firsthand knowledge of the local communities and schools. He is trained in graphic design, web design and marketing. Mischa first gained an interest in real estate while attending San Diego State University. He became involved with various real estate investment groups and obtained his real estate sales license in 2005. After graduating from SDSU with a Sociology degree, Mischa moved back to the bay area to pursue a full-time career in real estate. He attributes much of his success to his love for the job and commitment to his clients.
