Business Philosophy I know the importance the relationship between Real Estate Agents and their clients plays in a successful transaction, whether you are buying or selling your home. I strive to understand the wants and needs of each individual client. I believe my success in Real Estate can be attributed to being a skilled Realtor, communicator and negotiator. It is equally as important to build a strong relationship with my clients. It is important to me that they always know that I am honest, hardworking, straightforward and will always have their best interest at heart. I am honored to be a part of the President's Club and have been in the top 10% several years. Community Involvement I have been involved in my community long before becoming a Realtor. When my children were young that involvement revolved around their activities..Brownie leader, Home and School Club President, Grad Night Chair, School reorganization at Leigh High School. Over time I have become involved at a different level, supporting Christo Rey, Princess Project, Cancer Care Point, San Jose Family Shelter. Personal Background I am a Bay Area native, having lived in Los Gatos the majority of my life. I have been involved in a variety of volunteer and community service activities. In 2006 I joined the Los Gatos office of Alain Pinel Realtors where I enjoyed a successful start to my career. In 2011, I decided to move down the street to join the Los Gatos Coldwell Banker family of Realtors. As a wife, mother of four children and grandmother, I assisted with the development and management of my husband's successful Audiology practice. I continue my involvement with charity work, my favorite being the San Jose Family Shelter. In 2003 I decided to take the leap from full time wife, mother and volunteer to start my own venture; a mobile loan document signing business. meeting with busy clients in their homes, business or a local coffee shop. I always do my best to offer professional integrity along with a love of community and family. I know buying a home can be both exciting and stressful.
