About Joel

Personal Background Joel has been a full-time licensed Real Estate Broker, having always been based in Los Gatos, since 1975. He specializes in the Los Gatos, Monte Sereno and Saratoga marketplace as well as serving all of the surrounding communities representing Santa Clara County. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, Joel had worked as a top producing Broker Associate with Alain Pinel Realtors in Los Gatos for 16 years. The high standards he has set for his real estate practice have earned him the utmost respect of the local real estate community and the loyal following of his many past clients. In this ever-changing and sometimes difficult new housing climate, his invaluable experience and dedicated work ethic continue to assure his clients, both buyers and sellers, that they are getting the best possible care while pursuing their real estate goals. He and his wife Angela are extremely grateful to have resided in Los Gatos for over the past 40 years. Their three grown children; Christina, Thomas and Laura, all enjoyed the benefits of attending the award winning Los Gatos public school system before completing their college educations and now have a total of 6 wonderful children themselves. He is a past Director of the Los Gatos Saratoga Board of Realtors and is a proud Veteran having served in the United States Army.
