Prior to joining Coldwell Banker, she held Director and Vice President positions in the telecommunications and online software industries where she managed the marketing, sales, and service divisions for several global companies including Pacific Bell, SBC and 2Bridge Software. We would unhesitatingly and enthusiastically recommend Janet Akin to anyone to sell a home in the Rose Garden. She carried us through the process of selling our parents' home; they had lived in that home for over 53 years. To us, 819 Morse Street was more than a house and she knew that. She sat down with us, explained how it would all work, allowed us to moan and comment, and then explained again. We were calmly and efficiently led through every legal hoop. She was always available by phone or email with answers. Her contacts in the real estate world of inspections, staging, decorating, etc., pulled all the strings together smoothly and relatively painlessly.
