About Donie

Donie Ternian is a Bay Area native who is head over heels (literally loves heels) for all the Bay Area has to offer. San Jose has been her home for the last 35 years, and she can't wait to help you find the house you call home for the next 30 years. Combining Donie's real estate experience and extensive Healthcare background, she has a passion for helping others. She commits herself to an excellent client experience while upholding principles of integrity, transparency, respect, loyalty, and commitment to impact people's lives positively. Donie understands the value of interpersonal skills, clear and concise communication, and negotiation. Her professional experience aside, she is a master negotiator raising a toddler. As a single mother, she knows that you must be willing to persuade and negotiate to get the best possible outcome. Donie is an active member of her community, often playing an integral part in many non-profit organizations to bring awareness and connect Assyrians living in their ancestral homelands with those throughout the diaspora. Over the past decade, she has advocated for sustainable communities, participated in fundraising efforts that support Assyrians, and helped develop a sponsor-a-kid program that has enabled Assyrian children to have better access to education and basic needs. Donie is passionate about helping marginalized populations and her community.
