I’m Cole Prentice, a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker Los Gatos, proudly serving the community. Born and raised in the Cambrian neighborhood, I have a deep appreciation for the unique character and lifestyle of the Bay area. I graduated from Archbishop Mitty High School, where I played football and wrestled, and went on to earn my business degree from the University of Mississippi. My background in real estate, marketing, business, and research gives me the tools to navigate every aspect of the buying and selling process with precision and creativity. After college, I moved back home to pursue my passion for real estate and to help others find their perfect place in the community I love. Away from work, I enjoy staying active and connected to nature, hiking with my dog, working out, golfing, traveling throughout California and the rest of the country, and spending quality time with the people who matter most.
