Through her years spent representing developers of new construction and resort homes, she acquired a wealth of building and design knowledge, as well as a unique approach to marketing and selling luxury real estate. Since moving to the Bay Area in 2012, she has helped over 300 clients achieve their real estate goals in over $400 Million in successfully closed transactions. Originally from Kansas, Carolyn earned her B.S. in Journalism, specializing in Advertising, and a B.A. in French from the University of Kansas and Universite de Bordeaux III in France. During her prior professional positions in the mountain resort and pharmaceutical industries, she was fortunate to have lived in several stunning resort communities in Montana, Colorado and Chamonix, France. She pursued a lifelong dream to settle in the Bay Area in 2012 and revels in the California lifestyle.
