There’s a lot can go wrong at closing before you reach the finish line — includes everything from issues with the mortgage loan and buyer’s credit, appraisal problems, insurance snags, title claims, and events beyond everyone’s control. Vanessa is a problem-solver, has creative solutions to all problems, and can put her proven expertise to work for you, whether you're buying or selling. Prior to her real estate career, 10+ years of experience in Marketing in high-tech industry taught her to deploy strategic Marketing and approach challenges with creative thinking. Armed with an MBA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and International Communication, she offers clients knowledge-backed guidance through the real estate market as well as highly-targeted marketing strategies. Moreover, with hands-on experience remodeling, she is able to assist her clients in realizing the full potential of each property she represents. A resident of Los Altos, Vanessa has a deep understanding of the local market. She is also a member of 3 REALTOR associations, including Silicon Valley Association of REALTORS®,- California Association of REALTORS®, and The National Association of REALTORS®, as well as the Los Altos Village Association.
