Professional Experience Ric Parker has been a successful full time REALTOR since 1988 who specializes in knowledge of the lower Peninsula and western Santa Clara County areas. For 12 years prior to that time, Ric ran an industrial photo company. Education As one of our top producers, Ric has received the Achievement Award from the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors ten times including this past December 2004. In December 1998 he received the Lifetime Achievement Award. Ric holds the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation and the GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Institute).
