Jose Sanchez's Passion for Real Estate I grew up helping my grandparents with their real estate business. My grandma was a Broker serving the Oakland area, and I helped her market her business and her listings as well as do small home repairs. My grandpa was a landlord, and I performed all of the property management duties from maintenance and repairs to vetting clients and moving them in. I enjoyed real estate very much, but I also wanted to make my own path in life. I chose to go into the automotive industry and enjoyed working with people and learning about repairing cars. I decided to combine both skill sets to become a realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty. I have the experience and knowledge to help my home owners market their homes for Top Dollar and a quick sale. My clients enjoy my easy going personality and friendly and outspoken attitude. I listen carefully and patiently to make sure I meet and exceed all of their needs while also guiding them to make the best financial decisions. Born and Raised in Oakland I am proud to be a native of Oakland and know the schools, neighborhoods, parks, recreational opportunities, and hidden treasures that make this area one of the best places to call home! I'm a graduate of Skyline High School and have two kids who attend the school as well. My wife and I have been happily married for 18 years.
