This "little" house is amazing! Very well thought out use of space. This is a perfect vaca location with a 5 minute walk to the lake. Fishing and local amenities are all close too. ( Gas station, food) Perfect starter home or wonderful home to retire without spending millions! Close to major cities but a different world! The home is actually closer to 900 sq feet! The kitchen and bath are newer ( about one year) with new fixtures and shower/tub, sink, and flooring; the kitchen is all new with a privacy wall behind the main kitchen where the refrigerator, washer, dryer, and additional storage is available.
