About Joseph

With over 20 years’ experience in Real Estate as a REALTOR® helping first time buyers to experienced investors, I have learned it is not about selling, it is about caring, listening and serving those that depend on your expertise. Helping others is about putting their needs first. I believe in being proactive and serving to make our communities a better place. I do this by being a lector in my church, being a coach and president of youth baseball leagues even when my boys had long gone on to college baseball. As a member of the Kiwanis club and Knights of Columbus I volunteer for many charitable functions to help those less fortunate and improve our community. I have even started Toastmasters clubs to help others overcome the fear of public speaking and to improve my own communication skills. I know San Diego having lived most of my life here, from elementary school to graduating from UC San Diego. I have bought, sold properties and helped others do the same from the north county to the south bay. I lived in Alpine and the east county helping others for over 20 years also. Knowledge, integrity and truly caring about others are values I live by and you can be assured that I will demonstrate these to you as your Realtor.
