About Dave

I was raised in a large family, one of nine children, in the Midwest. This gave me great ethics and morals. While traveling to different parts of the world, in the U.S. Navy, I was exposed to many different cultures and lifestyles. However, my favorite place is San Diego, where my family and I have lived for most of our adult lives. I earned my degrees at a local college, which helped me establish and manage an industrial equipment company for several years. Though, my real passion has always been in real estate. I am proud to have my group “DG Homes & Associates” be a part of Coldwell Banker West Real Estate because of its high standards, proven track record and client dedication. These traits mirror my own principles. DG Homes & Associates brings over 40 years of combined experience in real estate and is consistently ranked in the top 10-15% worldwide. This is in addition to numerous awards such as Five Star Professionals, Top Producers and Certified Real Estate Negotiators.
