Location is the key to life here at Base Camp 32. Right at the heart of the Village and a heartbeat away from everywhere in the Valley, this was the prime spot chosen for the very first development in Kirkwood. Here we have a top floor two story residence with two spacious bedrooms, two baths and a newly added one-half bath, a large living/dining space including a covered outdoor deck also enclosed by sliding glass windows to keep the deck free from snow and wind. This conveniently located condo is ready and waiting for summer and winter outdoor adventures. Furnished per inventory. Several years ago the prior owner installed new carpet, paint, and window treatments. Recent updates include a new sofa and newly replaced smart water heater and refrigerator. A covered parking space and laundry facilities are included. Joining the KCA to use the Rec Center with bar/cafe, swimming pool, hot tubs, fitness room and sauna/steam room, is right next door and is optional for the new owner. KCA membership is not a requirement.
