About Traci

I began my real estate career in 2002. Originally a sales and marketing manager for a new home builder, I quickly became involved in everything from the design and architecture of the new homes to the marketing and managing of the sales department. After closing over 400 homes over my 10 year career with new homes, I then advanced my career and became a real estate broker and started my own brokerage. While I thought it was my love for real estate that inspired me most, I quickly found it was my love for people. Helping my clients buy or sell a home is really about helping them transition to a new phase in life. I take great pride in being able to put my energy and expertise into helping clients find their dream home and succeed in their real estate investments. With over 13 years of construction and real estate sales behind me, a new adventure was eminent. Today, I proudly represent Coldwell Banker Platinum Properties as a Broker Associate and handle transactions from new home sales to re-sale purchases and sales.
