The Beach House, located on THE STRAND, is one of the few condotels (a condo hotel) located on the OCEAN in Southern California. Steps from the sand and an easy walk to downtown Hermosa Beach (Pier Avenue and Hermosa Avenue), where you'll find tons of great restaurants, shops, and entertainment. All the activities that make the beach so enjoyable and desirable are right out the front door! Spectators also enjoy the local and national volleyball tournaments and other sporting events, which are also offered in this location. There are 96 individually owned units at The Beach House. Owners can enjoy their unit 1-90 days a year, and when it's not being used by owners/owners' guests, they earn rental income. The income is split 50/50 with the management company.
