About Tim

Growing up in San Anselmo, I was introduced to real estate assisting my family business and grew up in San Anselmo attending Drake (now Archie Williams) High School. I attended UC Irvine graduating with a degree in Political Science. With a background of over 12 years as an Account Executive for AXIS Appraisal Management, I bring a wealth of experience to help both buyers and sellers navigate the market, together with a sharp focus on negotiating and attention to detail that ensure the best possible outcome for my clients. I’m an avid tennis and pickleball player, and very supportive of animal rescue organizations, especially Hopalong which is now part of Marin Humane. I live in Greenbrae with my 2 cats, Leah and Mango. Together my mother Carol and I now form “Team Hudson” and am proud to continue the motto “Personal Attention Gets Results”
