About Sara

A San Francisco native and long-time Marin County resident, Sara has an extensive network of connections in the Bay Area and a profound understanding of Marin County communities. With degrees from Dartmouth College and the London Business School, Sara had a successful international career in the energy industry, primarily working to secure financing for large power producers in the United Kingdom. As a project developer, Sara was exposed to all areas of the energy business, from permitting and environmental challenges to engineering and financing. Sara also learned how to structure and negotiate a wide variety of complex transactions. Sara and her husband Peter have four children, and in 2003, Sara shifted her focus to raising a family full-time. Once her children were all in school (Branson, St. Anselm, Wade Thomas), Sara returned to her career, combining her strong financial background, her knack for negotiation and problem solving, and her love of Marin County in a successful real estate practice. Sara’s strong work-ethic, coupled with her professionalism and natural personal skills, allows her to successfully navigate the complexities of all real estate transactions. With her first-hand knowledge of Marin County schools and neighborhoods, Sara provides a comprehensive and unparalleled service to her clients. She was voted “Rookie of the Year” at Coldwell Banker Greenbrae in 2018, and she was awarded membership to the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society in both 2018 and 2024 and Diamond Society in both 2020 and 2021.
