About Kate

Spotlight on Greenbrae and Greenbrae Castle Offices Professional Experience Kate Hamilton is the Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Greenbrae and Greenbrae Castle offices. Prior to her appointment, Kate enjoyed a distinguished 15-year career as an award-winning Marin County Independent Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker and has held key management roles within the company. She was a highly successful Managing Broker of the Southern Marin Coldwell Banker office and most recently a Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker San Francisco Bay Area. Throughout her real estate career, Kate was consistently a top producer, receiving a host of honors including the International President's Elite recognition as one of the top Sales Associates worldwide for the company. She was also deeply involved with the Marin County Association of REALTORS where she has held key leadership positions. Before entering real estate sales and management, Kate enjoyed a successful career in advertising. Upon graduating from UCLA with honors, she worked for two of the top international advertising agencies in Los Angeles SSCB and Grey Advertising. She served as Vice President/Account Supervisor, overseeing multi-million dollar accounts. During her advertising career, Kate distinguished herself as one of the first female account executives at SSCB Advertising, Los Angeles. Kate's business background and sales success coupled with her local market knowledge of Marin County make her a valuable resource for her sales team as well as homebuyers and sellers in Marin County.
