Personal Background and Credentials A third-generation Marin native, Eric J. Morgan brings deep local roots and over a decade of real estate experience to every client relationship. He attended Marin Catholic High School before earning his Bachelor of Science in Regional Development from the University of Arizona, a background that provides a strong foundation in land use, growth patterns, and market dynamics. Eric began his professional career in the Bay Area as an Account Executive with Axis Appraisal Management, where he developed a keen eye for property valuation, client retention, and long-term relationship building. After several years working closely with residential appraisers, Eric transitioned into sales and has now spent 10 years successfully representing buyers and sellers throughout Marin County, consistently delivering results at a high level. He is proudly affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty. Raised by parents passionate about landscape design and real estate, Eric developed an early appreciation for homes, architecture, and the true value of property ownership. With client satisfaction as his top priority, he is known for his strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and relentless work ethic—qualities that guide every transaction from start to finish. Eric currently lives in the Loch Lomond neighborhood of San Rafael with his wife, Natalie, their daughter, Maci, and their dog, Simba.
