Her love of learning and reputation in stakeholder engagement, change management and leadership development led her to a faculty position in Sonoma State University’s Masters in Organization Development program. Having lived most of her life in Northern California and Oahu, with brief stints in Santa Barbara, Paris and South Africa, Andrea has a deep appreciation for different cultures and diversity. During her early years, she was exposed to the world of design, construction, residential and investment properties through her father’s residential home building business in Hawaii. Andrea treasures rich conversations and hearty laughter, delights in exploring new destinations and fine wines, and is always ready for a leisurely stroll on the beach with her husband, three adult sons, or her close circle of friends. Andrea’s success is primarily reflected in long-term relationships. Her first year as a realtor she was named Rookie of the Year and since has been awarded at the level of Coldwell Banker’s International Diamond Society.
