Before I was a Realtor, I was a bartender. For a long time. So, how did I make the leap to a totally different career? Well, first and foremost, I knew I didn't want to be a ninety year old bartender when I grew up. Second, I realized that all that I had done in my years in the hospitality industry gave me a pretty clear idea of what good customer/client service entails. And the understanding of that translates to any career when you are serving others. Good service requires the ability to listen and understand what my clients' specific needs are. It requires the ability to meet those needs and accomplish the job. It requires that my clients feel comfortable and well informed every step of the way and in the end can walk away feeling that it all was a very positive experience. Really it all comes down to applying the Golden Rule. "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." I treat my clients and their transaction as I would expect to be treated if I were in their shoes. I promise to handle your transaction with the utmost care and consideration as if it were my own.
