Before joining Coldwell Banker Grass Roots Realty, Emily spent seven years with Coldwell Banker Residential in Walnut Creek, working with a top-producing team. During that time, her team of three agents closed more than 400 REO properties, along with more than 100 equity and short-sale transactions, becoming one of the office's top teams for listing units and gross commission income. The REO and short-sale market demanded long hours, resilience, creativity, and the ability to navigate constantly changing challenges. Emily developed valuable experience through one of the most difficult real estate markets in recent history—from marketing multimillion-dollar homes to protecting vacant bank-owned properties. Before Coldwell Banker Residential, Emily spent seven years with Hacienda Appraisal Services in Pleasant Hill, performing residential appraisals and home inspections. She previously spent four years with Better Homes Realty in Lafayette, working as a listing coordinator, escrow manager, and marketing director. Real estate isn't simply a career Emily chose—it's an industry she has grown up in and truly loves. Emily's knowledge extends beyond the traditional real estate transaction. Her construction background, developed through years of involvement with her husband's residential construction company, gives her a practical understanding of homes and properties that she brings to every client. Emily lives where her heart led her alongside her husband, Simon, a local general contractor, and is the proud mother of three sons: Cody, Nolan, and Mason.
